Sponsor policy

Operator. MedicineCostHelp is provided by MedicineCostHelp LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

MedicineCostHelp's core navigation results are intended to be ordered by relevance to the user's selected medication and insurance situation—not by payment.

Any sponsorship or advertisement must be clearly labeled and visually separated from objective coverage and assistance results. A manufacturer, foundation, insurer or other sponsor may not pay to hide a competing resource, suppress an assistance pathway, change an objective coverage summary or purchase a higher result ranking.

Medication-search or identifiable consumer health data will not be sold to sponsors. Health-data-linked behavioral advertising is not part of the current product model.

Sponsors do not control the living catalog. Payment may not determine which medicines are added, which payer/manufacturer/foundation sources are monitored, monitoring priority, which policy changes receive review priority, or whether a correction is published. Those decisions are based on patient usefulness, source quality, materiality and editorial review.

Sponsorship may support the operation of MedicineCostHelp, but editorial and source-selection decisions remain independent.
